I have a coat that I have had for a while; an a-line, shapeless sort of thing. I had kept it around because it was my warmest coat, but I never wore it because it made me feel frumpy.

It was about 30 hours of work; the flames were attached with spray adhesive, then had to be hand sewn (the coat is too thick for my sewing machine, and using someone elses would have required I remove the lining and the padding to sew it on, so I just did it by hand). I have gotten a comment on it every single day that I have worn it in the 2 weeks since completing it.
